Yes, all perfumes sold on dxb perfume are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original manufacturers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
